Entry-level driver pay starts with daily pay. Once you solo qualify and are seated on your own truck, you are paid cents-per-mile. We also offer our minimum daily pay option that provides consistent weekly paychecks.

If you have driven 8,000 miles or more and have not had an accident during the calendar month you qualify for a Safety Bonus. The safety bonus is calculated as additional CPM based on mileage and longevity. The more miles you drive and the longer you stay employed at May Trucking Company the better your bonus can be. Here is the breakdown:At Solo
- If you drive 8,000 to 8,999 add $0.03 per mile
- If you drive 9,000 to 9,999 add $0.04 per mile
- If you drive 10,000 plus add $0.08 per mile
- Same as above but,
- If you drive 10,000 plus add $0.10 per mile
- Same as above plus
- If you drive 11,000 plus add $0.12 per mile
